Spring Isolators VT4412 and VT4422

This is a metal isolator made with a spring in high tensile steel, resilient cushion of 18/8 stainless steel wire mesh. Excellent for vibration isolation because of is very low natural frequency of 6 – 8 Hz. The VT4412 is a series of smaller springs from 1 to 6 and a load range spanning from 6 to 45 kg. The VT4422 is a series of seven larger springs with a load range spanning from 40 kg up to 725 kg. Very soft spring isolators with low natural frequency designed for loading in compression only.

Product Applications

Vibration isolation of machines rotating at ≥ 800 rpm – fans, compressors, generating sets, engines etc. with or without seismic blocks. Protection of fragile equipment from vibrations.

The mounts are delivered without mounting plate, which can be ordered separately. For greater static loads, multiple spring isolators are mounted together as a package. View our spring packages or consult us.
