Multi-storey Timber Buildings
It can be challenging to reach the requirements for sound in lightweight constructions. To reduce the vibration transmission in multi-storey timber structures it is important to design the connections between the stories correctly. This can be done by introducing elastic elements such as pads, strips or steel springs. Vibratec can also offer sound reducing solutions for floors, walls and ceilings.
